On February 26, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), hosted the “Professional Competency Development Project by Industry Experts” — Activity 2, focusing on “Enhancing Professional Competency for Teachers” for second-year students. The event was inaugurated by Asst. Prof. Dr. Narongrit Senajit, Deputy Head of the Teaching Experience Training Unit, with the participation of lecturers and second-year students from the Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, and Electrical Engineering programs. The activity was held at Chupan Meeting Room, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology.
The project featured Ms. Phannarath Rotklai, Head of Assessment and Evaluation Affairs from Songkhla Vocational College, as the guest speaker. She delivered a lecture on “Designing Assessment and Evaluation Tools for Student Learning”, emphasizing the principles of designing appropriate assessment tools and their application in effective teaching and learning management.
The initiative aims to equip students with essential knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience, preparing them to become professional educators. By bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application, the project contributes to enhancing the overall quality of the education system.
