On July 7, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology (FIET), Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), led by Asst. Prof. Chaiya Thanaphatsiri, Dean of FIET, along with the faculty’s executive team, lecturers, and staff, held a policy briefing on the monitoring and proper conduct of student initiation and orientation activities for the 2025 academic year. The meeting took place at the Department of Electrical Engineering, FIET.
Students from Years 2 to 4 attended the session, which aimed to clarify university policies and promote a correct understanding of organizing activities on campus. The emphasis was placed on ensuring all events align with institutional guidelines that prioritize safety, voluntariness, and respect for human rights of all participants.
This initiative highlights the faculty’s commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and constructive educational environment, while also promoting a culture of responsibility, discipline, and appropriate student engagement across all university activities.
