January 22, 2025 The Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), organized a professional competency development program led by industry experts. The first session, “Enhancing Teaching Competency”, was specifically designed for second-year students and was inaugurated by Asst. Prof. Dr. Narongrit Senajit, Deputy Head of the Teaching Practicum Unit. The event took place at Room 59201, 2nd floor, Building 59, at the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology.
The program featured a training session on “Lesson Plan Development” conducted by Mrs. La-or Sri Chaiphong, a senior expert teacher from Songkhla Technical College. The session aimed to equip students with a thorough understanding of lesson plan structuring, effective teaching methodologies, and strategies for designing learning activities tailored to different student needs.
Through this initiative, students gained valuable insights from an experienced educator, enabling them to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world teaching scenarios. The Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology remains committed to fostering the skills and professional preparedness of future educators, ensuring their readiness for teaching careers in an ever-evolving educational landscape.
