Seminar on Guidance Network for Creating an Effective Freshman Admission Process

On November 18, 2024, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV) organized a seminar for the guidance network teachers to improve the freshman admission process. The seminar was officially opened by Assistant Professor Chaiya Thanaphatsiri, Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, who also welcomed the guidance teachers. The event was attended by Associate Professor Dr. Chakphong Jitjamnong, Vice Dean for Administration and Planning, Mr. Alawi Hasan, Vice Dean for Student Development, Associate Professor Dr. Thanat Nontaphut, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Research, faculty executives, and guest speakers, including Assistant Professor Chareefa Hadyi, Assistant Dean, and Mr. Ekasak Songkang, Head of the Student Development and Alumni Relations Office. The event took place at Taptim 1 Meeting Room, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology.

The seminar aimed to enhance the freshman admission system to be more efficient and to promote a shared understanding between the university and schools. This collaboration will help prepare information for students who are planning to pursue higher education at the university level.

The seminar was well-received by guidance teachers from various schools and is expected to significantly contribute to the development of the freshman admission process at the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, making it more effective and aligned with students’ needs.
