August 22, 2024 – The Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya organized a Teacher’s Day ceremony for the Industrial Engineering program at the Industrial Building, 2nd Floor. The ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Suchart Yenwiset, the senior lecturer of the Industrial Engineering program.
The ceremony began with the lighting of incense and candles to pay respects to the Triple Gem, performed by the ceremony’s president. Following this, students recited the traditional Teacher’s Day prayer and presented a flower tray with incense and candles to the president, along with floral garlands to the faculty members as a sign of respect.
Subsequently, faculty members tied sacred threads and bestowed blessings upon the students. The senior lecturer of the Industrial Engineering program, the Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, and the Head of the Industrial Engineering program offered words of encouragement to the students, motivating them for their future studies and careers.
The event concluded with a group photo of students from each year along with the faculty members, commemorating this significant occasion.
The purpose of this ceremony was to strengthen the relationship between students and faculty and to foster respect and pride in the chosen profession.
