On September 13, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology (FIET), Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), organized an orientation program on Work Integrated Learning (WIL) for students of the Mass Communication Technology Program. The event was officially opened by Asst. Prof. Chaiya Thanapatsiri, Dean of the Faculty, at the Chuphan Conference Room, FIET.
On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Rithai Prathumthong, Head of the Professional Training and Cooperative Education Unit, delivered the objectives of the program and explained the regulations, requirements, and activity calendar for Cooperative and Work Integrated Education (CWIE). She also provided guidance on recording daily work reports via the online system to ensure students are well-prepared.
Following this, Asst. Prof. Jakkrit Kaewprasert, Head of the Mass Communication Technology Program, clarified the criteria for performance evaluation, enabling both students and parents to understand the process and work together in effective learning planning.
The orientation was attended by students and parents with great enthusiasm, reflecting strong collaboration between the university, students, and families in preparing for integrated learning with real-world work experience. This initiative aims to enhance students’ professional skills and practical experience, equipping them to meet the demands of the future labor market.
