On August 21, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), led by Assistant Professor Chaiya Thanapat Siri, Dean of the Faculty, together with university administrators, participated in the ceremony acknowledging the royal appointment of Professor Emeritus Dr. Piamsak Menasawat as the President of the University Council. The ceremony took place at the Samila Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Office of the President, RMUTS.
During the ceremony, the announcement from the Prime Minister’s Office was read by Assistant Professor Udon Namsen, Secretary of the University Council. Professor Emeritus Dr. Piamsak Menasawat paid respects to the portrait of His Majesty the King, offered a royal tribute, and expressed gratitude for the royal benevolence.
On this occasion, the Vice President of the University Council, the University President, and the Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration presented bouquets and commemorative gifts to congratulate the newly appointed University Council President. The ceremony was attended by university administrators, council members, and staff, marking a distinguished and auspicious occasion for RUTS.
