On July 16, 2025, Assistant Professor Chaiya Thanapatsiri, Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology (FIET), together with the faculty executives, lecturers, staff, and students, participated in RUTS Freshy Day 2025 at the RUTS Small Football Field.
The event was organized to officially welcome first-year students from all faculties to the university. The ceremony was honored by Professor Dr. Suwat Thanyaros, the University President, as the keynote speaker. The activities focused on fostering pride, a sense of belonging, and organizational culture, including:
- University emblem procession
- New student oath-taking ceremony
- Wrist-tying ceremony for good luck
- University march singing
- Performances by the RUTS International Music Club (RUTS BAND)
RUTS Freshy Day 2025 is one of the university’s key activities aimed at instilling desirable student qualities, enhancing love and pride for the institution, and providing new students with an opportunity to learn and adapt to university life in a warm and welcoming atmosphere facilitated by the administration, faculty, and senior students.
