On July 9, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), held the project “Developing an Ecosystem of Technology and Innovation to Accelerate Entrepreneurial Growth” under the activity of a workshop and business idea contest on technology and innovation-driven entrepreneurship from the classroom.
In the evening session, a business idea pitching contest was organized, where each team presented their innovative ideas and responded to questions before a panel of distinguished judges from the Faculty of Business Administration, including Asst. Prof. Boonrat Boonratsami, Mr. Noppadol Chusate, and Ms. Waraporn Laohasampantaporn. After the presentations, awards were announced in three categories: Best Pitching (Outstanding Business Presentation), Best Idea (Outstanding Business Concept), and Best Pitch Deck (Outstanding Business Presentation Materials). The awards were graciously presented by Asst. Prof. Chaiya Thanapatthasiri, Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, who also officially delivered the closing remarks.
This project represents another significant activity reflecting the integration of learning with real-world practice, aiming to develop students’ entrepreneurial skills in today’s innovation-based economy. It also provides a platform for students to extend their classroom knowledge into the business world in tangible and practical ways.
