On June 17, 2025, the Student Club of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, organized the “FIET TOGETHER TEAM” project, with the opening ceremony presided over by Asst. Prof. Chaiya Thanapatsiri, Dean of the Faculty. He also delivered an encouraging speech to student leaders at the Chuphan Conference Room of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology.
Held between June 17–18, 2025, the project aimed to enhance the leadership capabilities of student leaders, strengthen internal organizational relationships, and instill teamwork skills. These efforts are designed to improve the operational quality of student organizations, promoting a more professional and sustainable structure.
Activities included ice-breaking sessions to build team rapport and collaboration, training on the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle, and a lecture on budget management titled “Managing Material Budgets in Student Club Projects and Proper Disbursement Procedures.” The session was led by Mr. Anukool Nontaphut, Head of the Dean’s Office, and Ms. Thanittada Churat, General Administration Officer, who shared valuable insights and knowledge.
Additionally, the program featured team-building activities and a reflective session on the operations of the Student Club throughout the 2025 academic year. This enabled participants to exchange experiences, learn from past successes and challenges, and apply these lessons to future project planning and implementation.
This initiative reflects the Faculty’s strong commitment to fostering capable student leaders, ready to meet the demands of today’s dynamic world with confidence, competence, and sustainability.
