On June 17, 2025, the Student Union of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology (FIET), Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), launched the “FIET TOGETHER TEAM” project. The event was presided over by Asst. Prof. Chaiya Thanapatsiri, Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, who delivered an opening address and offered words of encouragement to the student leaders. The event took place at the Chuphan Conference Room, FIET, RUTS.
The project is being held from June 17 to 18, 2025, with the objective of enhancing the potential of student leaders in organizational management, fostering internal relationships, and instilling teamwork skills. It aims to elevate the operational quality of student organizations toward a more professional and sustainable standard.
The program includes various activities such as ice-breaking sessions to strengthen internal collaboration, training on the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle for effective work processes, and a special lecture on budget management titled “Effective Budget Administration for Student Union Projects and Proper Disbursement Procedures.” Guest speakers for the session included Mr. Anukul Nantaphut, Head of the Dean’s Office, and Ms. Thanitada Churats, General Administration Officer, both of whom shared valuable insights.
Additionally, the program featured group activities and reflective sessions on the operations of the Student Union during the 2025 academic year. These allowed students to exchange experiences, learn from past successes and challenges, and apply those lessons to improve future project planning and execution.
This initiative reflects the strong commitment of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology at RMUTSV to empower students with leadership capabilities, preparing them to meet the challenges of the modern world with confidence, professionalism, and sustainability.
