On June 5–6, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanat Nontaphut, Associate Dean for Academic and Research Affairs, along with Lecturer Krawee Anontree, faculty member of the Telecommunications and Network Systems (Continuing Program), participated in the 17th National Conference on Technical Education (NCTechED17) and the 12th International Conference on Technical Education (ICTechED12). The conferences were held under the theme “The AI Enhanced Engineering and Education” at Benjarat Auditorium, Nawamintharachini Building, and the Faculty of Industrial Education, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok.
The team presented their research titled “Data Analysis of Gait Training Assistive Devices for Patients with Lower Limb Weakness Using IoT Systems”, which highlights the integration of emerging technologies in healthcare and engineering education.
RMUTSV’s Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology also served as a Gold-level sponsor of the event, reinforcing its commitment to fostering academic knowledge exchange and promoting the advancement of industrial education in alignment with global trends.
The conference attracted a large number of lecturers, teachers, researchers, and educational professionals from various institutions. Its primary aim was to exchange knowledge on innovation, research, and invention, and to strengthen academic collaboration both nationally and internationally.
This participation reflects RUTS’s active role in driving forward education and research aligned with technological advancement—especially in harnessing the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance engineering and educational competencies for the future.
