On June 5, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), led by Asst. Prof. Chaiya Thanapatsiri, Dean of the Faculty, along with administrators, faculty members, staff, and students, participated in a spirit worship ceremony and Buddhist chanting to commemorate the anniversary of the founding of Southern Technical College for the year 2025.
The ceremony took place at the Office of the President, RUTS, and was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Sathaporn Khunphet, Vice President of the University. The event was held to bring auspiciousness and to honor the legacy of Southern Technical College, which laid the foundation for the present-day Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya.
The Faculty’s participation reflects a deep sense of pride in the institution’s history, as well as a strong commitment to upholding and carrying forward the founding principles of the university with stability and sustainability into the future.
