On May 10, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology at RUTS organized a workshop under the project “Producing the New Generation of Graduates” to build a highly capable workforce for Thailand’s industries, in alignment with the New Growth Engine strategy and the Thailand 4.0 policy, as well as higher education reform in Thailand.
The event’s opening ceremony was honored by Associate Professor Dr. Thanat Nonthaputha, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Research, who delivered the opening speech, along with Mr. Alavee Hazanee, Deputy Dean for Student Development, who is responsible for the project. The ceremony also included the participation of instructors and workshop attendees, held at Room 71404, 4th floor, Building of Classes and Laboratories, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology.
This activity is part of the “Digital Public Relations Media Creators using Augmented Reality (AR) Technology” program, which is being held for the first time. Participants learned how to use AR and AI technologies to produce digital public relations media. They also explored designing and creating content in modern digital formats. Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in hands-on activities starting from basic techniques to building prototypes for virtual reality-based media, enhancing their IT skills, fostering creativity, teamwork, and effective communication—all critical skills in line with the development of competencies for the 21st century.
This initiative marks an essential step in developing future-ready professionals aligned with the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
