FIET Executives Visit Industrial Sensor Technology Training Project in Collaboration with Michelin

On May 7, 2025, executives from the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology (FIET), Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), led by Asst. Prof. Chaiya Tanaphatsiri, Dean of FIET, along with the Associate Deans for Academic and Research Affairs and for Administration and Planning, paid a visit to the Sensor Application Training Program for Industrial Use.

The training, held under a collaboration between Siam Michelin Company and RUTS, was jointly organized by FIET and the Office of Innovation Management and Technology Transfer. The session was facilitated by Mr. Tanat Tanausavaphol, Head of the Mechatronics Engineering Program, and Mr. Wannadear Nawae, lecturer from the Petroleum Technology Program.

The project aims to enhance the technological skills of Siam Michelin employees in using sensor technology in manufacturing processes, aligning with the demands of Industry 4.0 and promoting workforce development in high-tech industrial contexts.
