On April 9, 2025, the Office of the Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), led by Mr. Anugool Nuntaput, Head of the Office of the Dean, along with the faculty administration, lecturers, and staff, organized a traditional Thai cultural event to enhance blessings during the Songkran Festival and celebrate the Thai New Year 2025.
The event included the water pouring ceremony for blessings and the traditional pouring of water to seek blessings from Assistant Professor Chaiya Tanaphatsiri, Dean of the Faculty, along with senior staff members. This took place at the Smart Garden, an area within the faculty that was beautifully decorated to reflect the serene atmosphere of respect and gratitude.
The goal of this project was to preserve the noble traditions of Thailand and instill cultural values among the faculty members. Additionally, it fostered a spirit of unity and warmth among colleagues, creating a harmonious and collaborative environment within the organization, which is essential for sustainable organizational management.
