On March 24, 2025, Mr. Chanatip Leenin, Head of the Quality Assurance Unit at the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), received the Best Practice Award in the area of educational quality assurance. The award was presented during the 15th “Quality in Higher Education and Local Development: Advancing Thailand to the Global Stage” forum, held at the Main Auditorium of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University.
The award recognized his work titled “Performance Data Management with FIET Data Visualization,” which enhances the effectiveness of educational quality development and supports implementation according to the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx). The award was presented by Dr. Sompong Raksathum, Acting President of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University.
This Best Practice Award serves as a testament to the unit’s capability in data management for quality enhancement in education. The approach is considered a valuable model that can be adapted to elevate the standards of Thai higher education institutions to meet international benchmarks.
