On March 21, 2025, administrators and staff from the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, led by Assistant Professor Chaiya Thanaphatsiri, Dean of the Faculty, participated in the opening ceremony of the Personnel and Executive Capacity-Building Program at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS). The ceremony was presided over by Professor Suwat Thanyaros, President of the University, and attended by university executives and personnel at the university’s multipurpose building.
The program featured academic discussions and seminars under the theme “Office Management for Service Excellence,” with contributions from heads of dean’s offices representing six units across the Songkhla area. The speakers shared strategies and experiences to improve the efficiency of office administration.
In addition, the event included team-building activities such as a Walk Rally, held at the university’s mini football field, which emphasized collaboration and teamwork. A Line Dance competition was also held to promote a lively atmosphere and strengthen camaraderie among staff and executives.
This program is part of RUTS’s ongoing efforts to enhance the professional capacity of its personnel and leadership. It aims to foster strong administrative capabilities and develop effective teamwork skills across the university community.
