Training Program on Electrical System Management and Energy Management for the Tourism Industry

On March 19, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology organized a short-term training program on electrical system management and energy management to support the tourism industry. The event was officially opened by Associate Professor Chaiya Thanapatsiri, Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology. Associate Professor Dr. Thanat Nontaput, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Research, along with faculty members and trainees, participated in the program, which was held in the Electrical Laboratory (Room 71507) at the faculty. The training program is scheduled to take place from March 19 to 20, 2025.

The program featured expert speakers from the Department of Electrical Engineering, including Ms. Nuchjireat Kaewsakul, Head of the Program, Assistant Professor Korapat Chalermwong, and Assistant Professor Dr. Narongrit Senajit. They conducted lectures and workshops covering key topics related to electrical systems and installations, such as electrical system safety standards, techniques for using tools and equipment in installations, electrical system design, and the installation of electrical appliances in tourism-related establishments. These aspects are crucial for building efficient and safe energy systems.

This training program serves as an excellent opportunity to establish networks and exchange experiences between electrical and energy experts and tourism industry operators. It also contributes to promoting sustainable development in Thailand’s tourism industry in the future.
