Petroleum Production Processes and Industrial Management Workshop

On January 12, 2025, the Petroleum Technology Program, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, organized a workshop on petroleum production processes and industrial management. The event was inaugurated by Associate Professor Dr. Chakpong Jitjamnong, Deputy Dean for Administration and Planning, who delivered the opening remarks. The workshop was attended by department heads, program leaders, and first- and second-year students at Room 71707, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology.

During the workshop, Associate Professor Chaiya Thanapatsiri, Dean of the Faculty, and Associate Professor Dr. Thanat Nonthaput, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Research, visited the students in the training session to offer encouragement and observe the hands-on teaching process. They emphasized the importance of acquiring skills in using technical equipment and tools, which are critical in preparing students for real-world work in the petroleum industry.

The workshop, running from March 12 to 15, 2025, features Mr. Sathianpong Kantaturit, an expert instructor, who will share valuable insights into petroleum production processes. The main objective is to provide students with an understanding of the overall petroleum production process and its applications both domestically and internationally. Additionally, the workshop focuses on developing technical skills in handling tools and equipment essential for petroleum technicians, preparing students for careers in the petroleum industry.

Furthermore, the program highlights the importance of assessing job conditions and preparing students for roles as petroleum technicians, a vital profession in the energy and petroleum industries. The workshop aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in their future careers.
