On March 12, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV) organized the Professional Competency Development Program for Future Teachers, specifically for first-year students. The event was officially opened by Asst. Prof. Chareefa Hadi, Assistant Dean, and was attended by faculty members and students from the Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, and Electrical Engineering programs. The session took place at the Chuphan Meeting Room of the faculty.

The program featured a keynote lecture by Mr. Saifulloh Amal, a faculty member from Hat Yai Technical College, on “Roles and Responsibilities of Educators.” His presentation provided in-depth insights into the responsibilities of teachers in educational institutions, emphasizing the creation of positive learning environments, enhancing teaching effectiveness, and integrating technology into education to ensure that engineering education aligns with industry demands.

This initiative is a significant step in preparing students for their future careers by equipping them with essential professional teaching skills. The program aims to bridge the gap between education and industry, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared to excel in both industrial and academic sectors.
