On March 3, 2025, the Professional Internship Unit, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV), organized the Innovation Contest from Professional Internship under the theme “Educational Innovations for Practical Use”. The event was officially opened by Asst. Prof. Chaiya Thanapatsiri, Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, and conducted via the Zoom Cloud Meetings platform.
The contest was honored by a panel of distinguished judges, including Dr. Apichart Nernprom, Director of the Southern Vocational Education Promotion and Development Center; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Santirat Nansang, Lecturer from the Department of Industrial Education, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi; and Dr. Methee Dissawat, Lecturer from the Department of Evaluation and Research, Faculty of Education, Thaksin University.
The primary objective of the contest was to encourage students to apply their knowledge and experience gained from internships in the workplace to create innovations with practical applications in the education sector. The initiative aimed to foster students’ skills in developing projects that align with the needs of businesses and industries.
The winning team from this competition earned the opportunity to compete at the regional level at Thaksin University, Songkhla Campus, providing a valuable platform for students to demonstrate their potential in developing innovations that can benefit both the education sector and the industry.
