On February 26, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV), organized the “Professional Competency Development Project by Industry Experts” — Activity 1, Session 11, focusing on “Enhancing Professional Competency for Teachers” for first-year students. The event was presided over by Assoc. The activity took place at Chupan Meeting Room, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology.
The project featured Mr. Eaksak Songsang, Head of Student Development Affairs, as the keynote speaker, delivering a lecture on “Building Relationships and Teamwork”. The session covered key topics such as fostering positive relationships among colleagues, developing communication skills, and working effectively as a team. Throughout the lecture, students engaged in discussions and group activities designed to promote experiential learning and teamwork in simulated work environments. These activities allowed students to practice communication, problem-solving, and adaptability — essential skills for real-life work settings.
The initiative aims to prepare first-year students by equipping them with the professional skills and competencies necessary for future careers in education. It encourages students to apply the knowledge gained to their academic and professional journeys effectively.
