On February 19, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Srivijaya, organized a professional competency enhancement program with experts from the industry for 2nd-year students. The second activity, “Enhancing Professional Competency for Teachers,” was opened by Assoc. Prof. Ruttai Pratumthong, Head of the Internship Unit, at the Chuphan Conference Room, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology.
The program was honored by Mr. Polwat Kueakam, a teacher from Songkhla Technical College, who served as the guest speaker. He presented a lecture on “Developing Innovative Teaching Media for Practical Training in Vocational Schools” to provide students with techniques for creating effective teaching media that can be applied in the future.
Additionally, students participated in summarizing key points from the training and exchanged ideas to enhance their analytical thinking and teamwork skills. The Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology aims for this program to prepare students to become professional teachers with high-quality competencies in the future.
