On the afternoon of February 19, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya organized the second session of its professional competency enhancement project for second-year students. The event, titled “Enhancing Professional Competency for Teachers,” was held at Room 59201, 2nd Floor, RMUTSV Library and Information Technology Building.
The project was opened by Assistant Professor Ruthai Pratumthong, Head of the Field Experience Unit. The session featured a lecture by Assistant Professor Jakkrit Kaewprasert, Head of the Communication Technology Program, who shared his expertise on “Creating Teaching Media for Classroom Instruction.” With his extensive experience in the production of various teaching media, Assistant Professor Kaewprasert offered valuable insights and techniques for designing engaging and effective teaching materials. He emphasized the importance of aligning the media with course content and learning objectives and selecting appropriate tools and technologies to enhance students’ engagement and learning outcomes.
In addition to the lecture, students were given the opportunity to ask questions, exchange ideas, and receive personalized advice from the expert. This interaction provided them with a deeper understanding of how to apply the knowledge to create their own teaching media effectively.
