On the afternoon of February 19, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya organized a professional competency enhancement project for first-year students. The event, titled “Enhancing Professional Competency for Teachers,” was held at the Samila Meeting Room, Office of the President, RMUTSV.
The project was opened by Assistant Professor Ruthai Pratumthong, Head of the Field Experience Unit. The first activity featured a lecture by Mr. Seri Boonrat, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Research, and Innovation at the College of Management for Development, Thaksin University, Songkhla campus. Mr. Boonrat shared valuable insights on “Language Skills and Interpersonal Communication.” He emphasized the importance of using correct, clear, and contextually appropriate language, along with techniques for effective communication to foster understanding and inspire students.
This initiative highlights the Faculty’s commitment to producing high-quality teachers equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the demands of society and the workforce in the present and future. The Faculty aims to inspire students who attended the project to develop into competent, professional educators.
