Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology Hosts First Reviewer Training Course to Enhance Workforce for the Tourism Industry

On February 8, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology conducted a workshop for the first cohort of the Reviewer Training Program at the Grand Mandarin Hotel, Betong District, Yala Province. The event was opened by Associate Professor Dr. Thanat Nonthaputh, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Research.

The training, held from February 8-9, 2025, is part of the project “From Crisis to Adaptation: Developing High-Quality Tourism in the Gulf of Thailand and Andaman Sea through Ecosystem-Based Learning Systems, Modern Management, Technology, and Innovation.” This initiative is part of Activity 8: “Developing Human Resources for Tourism.” The workshop featured expert speakers, including Assistant Professor Chakkrit Kaewprasert, Head of the Mass Communication Technology Program, and Ms. Kanthachon Wongwattanatakul, an influencer and expert in content creation. They shared valuable insights on topics such as new-era communication on the TikTok platform, content creation, and storytelling techniques for public relations.

Additionally, participants engaged in practical group workshops on video shooting and image editing for product promotion using smartphones.

The training aimed to equip participants with digital content creation skills to support tourism promotion, while also enhancing the potential of new reviewers looking to advance to professional levels.
