January 22, 2025 The Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), hosted a professional competency development program led by industry experts. The first session, “Enhancing Teaching Competency”, was tailored for first-year students and was inaugurated by Asst. Prof. Chareefah Hadi, Assistant Dean. The event took place at Chuphan Meeting Room, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology.
The training session focused on “Roles and Responsibilities in Assessment and Evaluation”, conducted by Mr. Pinpong Yodsakhun, an expert instructor from Songkhla Technical College. The session provided students with in-depth knowledge of the crucial role of teachers in assessment and evaluation, which is vital for improving educational quality.
Beyond technical knowledge, the program also served as a career orientation for aspiring educators, equipping them with practical insights, skills, and firsthand experience from industry professionals. This initiative aims to prepare students for their future careers in education, ensuring they become competent and high-quality teaching professionals.
