This afternoon (January 20, 2025), executives, faculty members, and staff of Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), led by Professor Dr. Suwat Thanyaros, President of RUTS, along with vice presidents and administrators from the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, welcomed a delegation from Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia. The reception took place at the President’s Office Hall and the Chalatad Meeting Room on the second floor of the RMUTSV Administration Building.
The primary objective of this meeting was to foster and enhance academic collaboration between the two institutions. This engagement marks a significant step toward expanding cooperation in education, research, and other academic activities. Discussions focused on knowledge exchange, joint initiatives, and strategies to enhance curriculum development, research projects, and student capacity building on an international scale.
During the meeting, UniMAP representatives had the opportunity to exchange insights with RMUTSV executives regarding academic development plans and potential partnerships at the faculty level, particularly in industrial and technological fields, which hold strong potential for global academic expansion.
This visit also served as a platform for establishing a long-term academic network between the two universities, aiming to strengthen the quality of education and research.
