On January 15, 2025, Sangthong School hosted a creative out-of-classroom learning activity by bringing 4th to 6th-grade students from the Mini-Design program to the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya to participate in the “Learning Technology (3D Printing)” activity. The event was held at the Chuphan Meeting Room and was warmly welcomed by Assistant Professor Chaiya Thanapatsiri, Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, along with the organizing team and students.
The representative of the faculty at Sangthong School stated that the purpose of the activity was to provide students with hands-on experience, spark interest in technology, and inspire them to become “young innovators,” particularly in the field of 3D Printing, which is increasingly playing a significant role in various industries. During the event, students experienced the “Living Classroom” prepared by the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, which was divided into learning stations:
- Mechatronics Engineering Program Station: Students learned about the operation of machinery, automation systems, programming controls, and created projects using 3D Printing technology.
- Mass Communication Technology Program Station: Students learned about media production processes, photography, video editing, and digital media creation, with guidance provided by the students.
The “Learning Technology (3D Printing)” activity created both excitement and fun while providing valuable knowledge to the students. Both Sangthong School and the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology at RUTS hope that this activity will ignite creativity, inspire, and develop the students’ potential, leading them toward becoming innovators in the future.
