On January 15, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya organized a professional competency development program by experts from the industrial sector for first-year students. The first activity, “Enhancing Teacher Professional Competency,” was officially opened by Assistant Professor Chaiya Thanapatsiri, Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, at the Chuphan Meeting Room, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology.
The event featured a training session on “Teacher Professional Standards,” led by Ms. Piriya Soikaew, an instructor in the Electrical Engineering program. The training aimed to provide students with a deep understanding of teacher professional standards, preparing them to become high-quality professionals in the future. The session included knowledge exchange, hands-on practice, and inspiration for continuous self-development. This marked an important step in developing students into professional teachers who can meet the demands of modern society.
