On January 8, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya organized a professional competency development program by experts from the industrial sector for second-year students. The first activity, “Enhancing Teacher Professional Competency,” was officially opened by Assistant Professor Chaiya Thanapatsiri, Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, at the Chai Bang Yang Meeting Room, Office of Library and Information Technology Building.
This activity focused on developing knowledge and skills in instructional design. The training session, titled “Instructional Design: Session 1,” was led by Mr. Visanu Songsri, a Senior Educational Supervisor from the Southern Vocational Education Promotion and Development Center. During this session, participants learned the principles and methods of creative instructional design. There was also a summary of key points and an exchange of learning to help participants apply the knowledge gained to their future teaching practices.
