On December 25, 2027, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, led by Assistant Professor Chaiya Thanaphatsiri, Dean of the Faculty, along with faculty members and staff, participated in a workshop under the proactive working activities for success in the fiscal year 2028, themed “TEAM BUILDING: Staff Relations – Knowing, Understanding, and One Unified Bond.”
The event took place at the multipurpose building auditorium at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, with the honor of having Professor Dr. Suwatch Thanarot, the President of the university, as the opening speaker. The activity focused on fostering good relationships among staff, promoting mutual understanding, and building unity for effective collaboration toward future success. Personnel from various departments of the university attended the event in large numbers.
The Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology hopes that this activity will serve as an important step in strengthening the staff and providing the motivation for everyone to move forward proactively for sustainable success.
