On December 13, 2024, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), led by Assoc. Prof. Chaiya Thanapatsiri, Dean of the Faculty, along with the management team, faculty, and staff, visited the administration of Khon Kaen Technical College to discuss potential collaboration on teacher training practicum for teacher education students.
The delegation was warmly welcomed by Dr. Chatchawan Unkaew, Deputy Director of Khon Kaen Technical College, along with the college’s administrative team and faculty members. The college presented its institutional capabilities and guided the visitors on a tour of the Mechatronics Department’s teaching laboratory, one of the key areas for student skill development in professional education.
The purpose of this meeting was to strengthen cooperation between the two institutions, focusing on developing suitable practicum models that would better prepare teacher education students with the necessary skills and expertise to meet the demands of the industry.
This collaboration reflects RMUTSV’s commitment to enhancing educational quality and producing graduates with high potential to meet the needs of the current and future labor market.
