On July 20, 2024, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya held its first professional photography workshop for the tourism industry. The event was inaugurated by Associate Professor Dr. Tanat Nontaput, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Research, in the still photography studio of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology.
The workshop, scheduled from July 20 to 21, 2024, included practical training sessions aimed at enhancing participants’ knowledge and understanding of photography, techniques, and photo editing using specialized software. The training was conducted by Mr. Runchakorn Janchampa, a lecturer in the Mass Communication Technology program, and Mr. Komgrit Charoen, an expert in portrait photography.
This workshop was designed to develop participants’ skills in photography and the use of supplementary equipment, contributing to the improvement of tourism standards along the Gulf of Thailand and Andaman coasts. It also aimed to promote high-quality, internationally standardized marine tourism.
