The most effective way to ensure that graduates possess the knowledge and skills required by employers, and can immediately enter the workforce with high quality upon graduation, is through collaboration with employers and the implementation of cooperative education and work-integrated learning. This approach provides students with opportunities to apply their knowledge, develop work-related skills, and gain real-world experience before completing their studies.
