On February 26, 2025, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), hosted the “Professional Competency Development Project by Industry Experts”<\/strong> \u2014 Activity 2, focusing on “Enhancing Professional Competency for Teachers”<\/strong> for second-year students. The event was inaugurated by Asst. Prof. Dr. Narongrit Senajit, Deputy Head of the Teaching Experience Training Unit, with the participation of lecturers and second-year students from the Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, and Electrical Engineering programs. The activity was held at Chupan Meeting Room, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project featured Ms. Phannarath Rotklai<\/strong>, Head of Assessment and Evaluation Affairs from Songkhla Vocational College, as the guest speaker. She delivered a lecture on “Designing Assessment and Evaluation Tools for Student Learning”<\/strong>, emphasizing the principles of designing appropriate assessment tools and their application in effective teaching and learning management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative aims to equip students with essential knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience, preparing them to become professional educators. By bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application, the project contributes to enhancing the overall quality of the education system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
