The Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology Organizes a Professional Bartending Course to Enhance Bartender Service Skills and Beverage Mixing Techniques

On August 9, 2024, the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology at RMUTSV held a professional bartending workshop, with Assistant Professor Chaiya Thanapatsiri, Dean of the Faculty, presiding over the opening ceremony at the Chantraksa Conference Room.

The workshop was scheduled for August 9-10, 2024, and included hands-on training in bar equipment usage, professional bar organization, bartending service techniques, and developing the right personality for bartending. Participants also learned to create unique drink menus, manage costs, handle purchasing, set drink prices, and mix beverages according to standard recipes. The workshop also covered basic bartending flair techniques.

The workshop featured expert speakers, including Lecturer Kanjonpat Klabtublung, from the Hotel and Service Management program, and professional bartender Mr. Phuriphat Buapan.

The program aimed to develop workforce skills in menu design and beverage business enhancement, improving bartending services, and raising the standard of marine tourism along the Gulf of Thailand and Andaman coasts by promoting high-quality, internationally recognized tourism.
